程遠,講師,浙江省東陽人,畢業于浙江大學應用心理學專業,德國馬爾堡大學工作與組織心理研究所訪問學者(2016-2017)。浙江大學公共管理學院博士後(2020-2022)。2020年獲甯波市“學術之星”金獎。
主要研究方向為公正感知、組織行為學、跨文化研究。擔任國際知名SCI/SSCI期刊Basic and Applied Social Psychology, Social Justice Research, Frontiers in Psychology匿名審稿人。
